The challenge

What the customer needed

Supplier Quality Reliability: Faced inconsistent active ingredient purity and formulation stability from previous suppliers, leading to customer complaints in the local market. Complex Multi-Product Sourcing: Needed a unified, reliable manufacturer capable of supplying multiple key crop protection products (Glyphosate, 2,4-D, Bispyribac-sodium, and Chlorpyrifos) in a single consolidated shipment. Tropical Packaging Requirements: Required durable, high-barrier packaging (UV/heat-resistant bottles and foil bags) and bilingual labeling (French/English) tailored to Central Africa's humid climate. Strict Cost & Lead-Time Constraints: Needed competitive FOB/CIF pricing and reliable production scheduling to meet the regional planting season window.

How the project was delivered

1.On-Site Facility Tour & Quality VerificationWe welcomed the Cameroon delegation for a comprehensive on-site meeting and facility inspection. Our technical team presented detailed Certificates of Analysis (COA), active ingredient purity reports, and batch stability data for Glyphosate, 2,4-D, Bispyribac-sodium, and Chlorpyrifos, addressing the client's past concerns regarding formulation stability.

2.Customized Tropical Packaging & Bilingual LabelingTo withstand Central Africa’s hot and humid transport and storage environment, we proposed reinforced, UV-resistant HDPE bottles and thick multi-layer barrier foil sachets. We also finalized French/English bilingual label layouts compliant with Cameroon’s local distribution regulations.

3.Consolidated Container Optimization & Commercial AlignmentWe formulated a multi-product FCL (Full Container Load) consolidation plan combining both solid granules/powders and liquid formulations. This strategy minimized ocean freight overhead per ton and ensured all products would arrive in time for the upcoming regional planting window.

4.Agreement Finalization & Order ConfirmationReassured by our transparent manufacturing standards, stringent QC process, and tailored logistics support, the client finalized the supply terms during the meeting and promptly initiated the advance deposit payment.
